to the

Capstone

The goal of the Escape to the Capstone trip is to expose Michigan youth to "The Mecca" many of whom have never traveled outside of the Detroit Metropolitan Area, to another state, or to a Historically Black College or University. Students will receive the opportunity to network with Howard University students, grasp a new environment, and endure what it is like to be a college student.

Michigan

Club

The Howard University Michigan Club is a non-profit, student ran organization on Howard University's campus for students from the state of Michigan. We host various on-campus events and give Michigan-hailing students a sense of home while showing students from other states the unique characteristics Michigan has to offer. As members, we take pride in performing community service around the Metro DC Area, as well as, bringing students from Michigan together as a family.
